About Marna…
Marna is an experienced people leader and team builder with over 20 years of expertise in the Technology, Retail, Service and Wireless companies. A passionate Servant Leader, her work is focused on talent management, organizational development and change leadership.
Coaching, developing and building skills in others has been something Marna has done intuitively her whole life. As a young girl she was keen to observe people, relationships, and how they approached their work. In middle school, Marna was selected to be part of the Natural Helpers program, this was the spark that helped her see her own potential in leading and serving others. That interest carried through activities in High School, College and eventually her career and volunteer work.
Developing people through 1:1 coaching and performance management along with designing healthy, thriving teams and organizations that are efficient, productive and innovative is at the forefront of her activities today.
In her free time, you can find Marna outside with her family skiing, hiking, camping, cheering on her kids at one of their games or volunteering with the local Little League.
